Şenol Sağman

The martyr Şenol Sağman, who rushed to the Bosphorus Bridge upon the coup attempt of the putschists, became one of the secret heroes of July 15.

Born in 1973, Sağman was a manager of a restaurant in İstanbul. Married with one child, 43-year-old Martyr Şenol Sağman was buried in Riva, along with prayers.

The martyr’s family mourning was cared and supported by statesmen. The Minister of Family and Social Policies Dr.Betül Sayan Kara supported the martyr’s family with her words, “May God bless Şenol Sağman, who fell a martyr for his nation and flag on July 15, and help his family.”

In addition, the Mayor of Beşiktaş Lawyer Murat Haznedar shared their pain also visiting the Sağmans.

News of one of the bloodiest nights in Turkey, the July 15 coup attempt, first spread with the disturbance on the Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Bosporus Bridges. Citizens realizing that both bridges were occupied by traitor FETÖ soldiers resisted, saying: “We won’t surrender this land to you”, on the call of President Erdoğan to the public to claim the streets.
