54-year-old was taken to intensive care on Sunday after suffering heart attack
Real Madrid head coach Pablo Laso was discharged from hospital on Tuesday, the Spanish basketball club said.
"Going forward, our coach will continue with the appropriate medical treatment from home," Real Madrid said in a statement.
Laso had been taken to intensive care at the Sanitas La Moraleja University Hospital in Madrid on Sunday after he suffered a heart attack. He was shifted to a cardiac ward on Monday.
Under his helm, the Whites clinched the 2015 and 2018 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague titles and the Spanish league five times.
The 54-year-old manager was also honored with the EuroLeague Coach of the Year award in 2015 and 2018.
He is a former basketball player and has been coaching Real Madrid since 2011.
