Kawhi Leonard hits biggest shot of Raptors franchise history, eliminates 76ers in Game 7
Toronto Raptors' superstar Kawhi Leonard hit the game-winner against the Philadelphia 76ers to send his team to Eastern Conference Finals.
Leonard's buzzer-beater gave Raptors the 92-90 win, eliminated 76ers in Game 7 to advance to East Finals to face the Milwaukee Bucks.
Leonard scored 41 points, including the biggest shot of the Raptors franchise history.
Raptors made the Eastern Conference Finals just once in their short franchise history, back in 2016.
In 2001 Eastern Conference semi-finals against the Philadelphia 76ers, Raptors' then-superstar Vince Carter missed the buzzer-beating shot, and missed out the chance to face the Bucks in East Finals.
This time, Kawhi Leonard -- who joined the team in summer 2018 -- delivered.

The Portland Trail Blazers defeated the Denver Nuggets 100-96 on Sunday afternoon to advance to the Western Conference Finals.
CJ McCollum scored 37 points in the victory, fueling the come-back from 17-point deficit.
The Blazers were down 39-22 in the midway through second quarter, but did not quit and came back.
The Blazers will face the Golden State Warriors in the West Finals.
