Cancelo's contract until June 2025; while Danilo will stay with Juventus until June 2024
Premier League champions Manchester City announced the signing of Portuguese right-back Joao Cancelo from Juventus for €65 million.
The 25-year-old defender signed a deal with Manchester City until June 2025, the English club announced late Wednesday.
"City is a fantastic club, with a brilliant manager and I am delighted to be here," Cancelo said after signing for the English club.
According to the agreement between two clubs, Manchester City's Brazilian full-back Danilo joined Juventus for a fee of €37 million.
The 28-year-old Brazilian defender will be linked to Juventus until 30 June 2024, the transfer fee will be paid to Manchester City in three financial years, Juventus announced in a statement.
Last season, Cancelo played 34 matches and scored 1 goal for Juventus while Danilo scored 1 goal in 22 matches for Manchester City.
