Galatasaray extends Martin Linnes' contract until 2021

Turkish football giants, Galatasaray, on Thursday extended the contract of full back Martin Linnes until June 2021.

Linnes' contract was extended for 2 years for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons, the Turkish club said in a statement.

It also agreed to pay $1.5 million (€1.4 million) to the Norwegian for each season.

Linnes played 27 matches and scored 2 goals this season in Galatasaray.

He joined the Turkish club in January 2016 from Molde.
