Italy's Juventus and France's PSG in top spots in their national leagues after winning all their matches so far this season
Following the results in top five European football leagues, England's Manchester City, Spain's Barcelona, Italy's Juventus, Germany's Borussia Dortmund, and France's Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) are in the top positions in their leagues.
Two derby matches were played in Europe's top leagues over the weekend, with Italy's Roma beating Lazio 3-1 and Spain's Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid ending up in a 0-0 draw.
Football fans also had the opportunity to watch important matches in Europe's top leagues this weekend as Liverpool drew Chelsea 1-1 in England's Premier League while Juventus defeated Naples 3-1 in Italy's Serie A. This season Juventus has won all of its first seven matches.
The Premier League's latest champion Manchester City beat Brighton 2-0 and had four victories in a row in the league, while Manchester United was defeated by West Ham United 1-3 and had their worst start in the league in nearly 30 years.
In Spain's La Liga, Barcelona also drew Athletic Bilbao 1-1 and won only 2 points in their last three matches in the league.
In Germany's Bundesliga, Bayern Munich had their first defeat this season against Hertha Berlin 2-0, while Borussia Dortmund beat Bayer Leverkusen 4.2.
In France's Ligue 1, PSG beat Nice 3-0 and won all of its first eight matches of the season.
